SHIPPING POLICY
International buyers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii please email us prior to any purchase in order to receive an estimated shipping quote. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Items will be shipped with insured USPS Priority mail with tracking and delivery confirmation (Free shipping only in the Continental US. Sorry No P. O. Boxes). The assigned tracking number will be active within 36 hours after receipt of payment. Be advised that shipping policies have changed due to Covid-19 and Post Offices are taking longer than usual which is beyond our control.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To make any returns, we must be notified that you wish to return the item upon receipt at the Post Office or by the next day it is delivered from the carrier. To make a return, you need to send us an email regarding your intention, and the merchandise must be in its original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of an item. If your purchase doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a full refund. After we inspect the merchandise and determine that it is in it's original condition, your money will be refunded in the same manner that you paid. Be advised that Dboba reserves the right to accept or deny the item's return depending on the circumstances.
