Neptune theme, flow blue round bowl has a scene that appears to be a scene with Neptune. Measures are 9" inch round X 3" inch high. Has the mark on the bottom. On the top edge and has some minor wear but is still nice. No scratches or use marks. Hand painted and great condition with no chips or cracks or other damage, gold is almost 90%.The white parts you see in the photos are reflections of light. The cobalt blue color is intact, no discoloration. See Photos.
